A |     ◆건강보험심사평가원△심사평가정책연구소장 오주환 ◆인하대△법학전문대학원장 이석우 ◆한세대◇대학 본부△일반대학원장 특수대학원장 조지훈△영산신학대학원장 조지훈△교목실 부실장 이우경◇대학본부 산하△대외협력처 사회봉사센터장 유혜영◇부속기관△학술정보원장 임석진。    (ECNS) -- Shenyang in northeast China’s Liaoning Province launched two cross-border transport routes simultaneously for the first time on Wednesday, namely, Shenyang-Baku (Azerbaijan), and Shenyang-Mongolia-Russia.    On the day, a batch of locally produced frozen beverages cleared customs and underwent inspection under local customs supervision before being loaded onto TIR (Transports Internationaux Routiers) trucks bound for Baku.    The route departs from the TIR Shenyang Consolidation Center, exits China via Baketu Port in Uygur Autonomous Region, and reaches Kuryk Port in Kazakhstan, where cargo is ferried across the Caspian Sea to Baku Port.    Compared with the traditional path, the new route takes around 13 or 14 days for the whole journey, mitigating constraints brought by geopolitical conditions and extreme weather.    Also on Wednesday, four trucks loaded with auto spare parts set off from the TIR Shenyang Consolidation Center. They will cross Mongolia through Erenhot Port in Inner Mongolia to Russia.    The TIR Shenyang Consolidation Center has opened more than 10 cross-border routes covering six countries, including Russia, Belarus, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. It has dispatched 480 TIR truck trips in total, with cumulative cargo value standing at 272 million yuan (approximately $40.42 million).    (By Intern Xu Wenda, Zhang Dongfang)                    。
