一 |     (ECNS) -- The 29th Chengdu International Motor Show will be held from Aug. 21 to Aug. 30 at the Western China International Expo, the event's organizing committee said on Wednesday.    As one of the largest and most prestigious A-level auto shows in central and western China, this year's event will carry the theme "Road to Western China".    Covering 220,000 square meters, the show will bring together nearly 120 major Chinese and international auto brands and around 1,600 vehicles. New model debuts and technological innovations will be showcased alongside smart mobility experiences, highlighting China's accelerating transition toward electrification, intelligent vehicles and premium automobiles.    (By Gong Weiwei)                            。          　　新黄河记者从山东省民政厅获悉，我省积极实施中度以上失能老年人养老服务消费补贴。自2025年7月至今年7月底，共识别符合条件的失能老年人30.83万人，引导4483家养老服务机构参与，累计提供照护服务150.3万人次;发放养老服务消费券160.1万张，核销9.7亿元，带动养老服务相关消费34.3亿元，3项指标均居全国首位。     　　据了解，为加强失能老年人照护服务工作，实现惠民生与促消费协同推进，2025年7月起，民政部、财政部启动向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴项目。山东作为试点省份在全国率先实施该项目，为在山东长期居住的中度以上失能老年人每人每月发放最高800元的养老服务消费券。

二 | 项目实施以来，山东养老服务机构和第三方机构(评估机构、家政物业企业等)积极参与项目，受益老年人数量持续增长。
